For EAs: Stripe takes the payment, then within a few seconds our system emails you a single-use download link valid for 48 hours. Save the file on first download — the link cannot be re-used. For TradingView indicators: at checkout you provide your TradingView username; we grant access to the script on TradingView within 24 hours and email you a confirmation.

Email support@tcecapital.co.uk with the email address you paid with and the product name. We can re-issue a fresh link from the original order.

Yes — the EAs were tested against typical prop-firm rule sets (drawdown caps, daily-loss limits, holding restrictions). Always verify the specific firm allows EAs on your challenge or funded account before deploying.

Digital goods are non-refundable once a download link has been issued or TradingView access has been granted, since we cannot revoke a downloaded file. If you have a technical problem getting the EA to load or run, email support — we'll help you troubleshoot before any refund discussion.

Updates to a product (e.g. v7 → v7.1) ship free to existing buyers. Email support with your order ID to get the latest .ex5 or to receive the updated TradingView invite. Major-version upgrades (e.g. v7 → v8) may be priced separately if released.
