Terms of sale.

When you purchase a product from TCE Capital, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the software on MetaTrader 5 terminals or TradingView accounts operated by you. You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, or publicly host the files.

Files are delivered electronically via single-use download links emailed at the time of purchase, valid for 48 hours. TradingView indicators are granted as invite-only Pine Script access within 24 hours of supplying your TradingView username at checkout.

Digital goods are non-refundable once a download link has been issued or TradingView access has been granted. If you encounter a technical fault preventing the software from loading, contact support before requesting a refund — most issues are configuration-related and resolvable.

You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any product, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law. You agree not to use the software in any way that would violate the terms of service of your broker, prop firm, or TradingView.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to the sale or use of any product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for trading losses incurred by you while using any product.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to existing customers by email.
